Services
We do our best to tailor our services to the specific needs of our customers. We offer a variety of services to both large and small animal clients. Our veterinarians specialize in care for small animals - such as dogs and cats - and large animals - such as cattle, horses, and small ruminants.
Wellness Exams
Annual wellness exams and consultations are an important part of your pet's health care. Early detection of diseases is necessary to maintain your pet's happy, healthy lifestyle and to potentially save you money in the long run.
Senior Wellness Exams
The importance of senior wellness exams is often overlooked. Typically around age 6-7, pets are considered seniors. It is especially critical to do routine check-ups on senior patients as they are prone to more medical issues as they age.
Digital Radiographs
We have gone digital! Digital radiographs provide a better quality picture than films and our program has the ability to zoom in and edit radiographs as needed. These features present a better diagnostic value to our veterinarians.
Blood Screening
Our in-house blood machine allows us to run chemistry panels on all species of animals! These panels can help diagnose diseases including those of the kidney, liver, heart, dental, endocrine and more.
Small Animal Surgery
We perform routine surgeries such as spays, neuters, and declaws. Additionally, we perform more specialized surgeries, such as c-sections, foreign body removal, and cystotomies.
Dental Care
Good oral health is important in increasing the lifespan of your pet. Routine dentals are as necessary in cats as dogs. Not only does it keep breath healthy, dentals also can decrease risk of heart murmurs and liver disease. They are especially important in animals with thyroid disease, diabetes, and other conditions as these animals can be more susceptible to infection.

Ultrasound Machine
Our new ultrasound machine is state-of-the art, battery powered, and small enough to hang off the veterinarian's shoulder! It allows for a more species specific examination and earlier pregnancy detection. If examined early enough, we can determine fetal sexing, diagnose twins, and potential fetal abnormalities. In addition to pregnancy diagnosis in cattle and horses, we also do transabdominal scanning of goats and sheep. We now offer ultrasound exams for detection of small animal pregnancies!
Large Animal Surgery
We routinely perform abdominal surgeries in dairy cattle as well as c-sections in beef and dairy. Additionally, we do some minor equine surgeries - such as castrations and hernia repairs.
Equine Dental Care
We have teamed up with Chenoweth Equine Dentistry to provide our customers with the best quality equine dental care. Often, horse owners think young horses don't need dental care, but this couldn't be further from the truth! Many dental issues can be addressed in young horses before they turn into a major issue.
Large Animal Artificial Insemination
Artificially inseminating cattle is an easy way to bring in new genetics without the expense of purchasing a new bull. We are now offering AI services with a heat synchronization protocol tailored for your bovine herd.
Cattle Preventative Care/Herd Health Management
Ask us about developing a vaccination protocol for your beef or dairy herd. We can sit down with producers to further discuss reproductive management, such as pregnancy checking cows, semen checking bulls, and disease prevention practices.
Equine Care
We offer thorough lameness exams with flexion and extension tests, nerve blocks, digital radiographs, and joint taps. Furthermore, we have experience with diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders and do extensive work with wound care management. Routinely, we do reproductive soundness exams on mares as well as post-parturition care.
